- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Garlic powder, Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning if desired.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and wrap them tightly, sealing the edges well.
- Lightly brush the outside of the wraps with olive oil.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Prepare the chicken mixture ahead of time. You can also bake the wraps in a conventional oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
