Description

Delicious air-fried wraps filled with tender shredded chicken and gooey mozzarella cheese for a crispy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Garlic powder, Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning if desired.
  3. Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and wrap them tightly, sealing the edges well.
  4. Lightly brush the outside of the wraps with olive oil.
  5. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the chicken mixture ahead of time. You can also bake the wraps in a conventional oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
