- 2 cups macaroni and cheese (prepared)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the prepared macaroni and cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Beat the egg in one bowl and mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese in another.
- Dip each ball into the beaten egg, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray and place the balls in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the balls with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Chilling the balls helps them hold their shape during cooking. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or spices to make them your own.
