  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried, ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine vegetables and fruits: In a large bowl, add the coleslaw mix, chopped apple, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and sliced green onions. Gently fold them together.
  2. Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, yogurt or sour cream, honey, and ground ginger until smooth.
