- Sliced Ham
- Sliced Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into triangles, about 5 inches at the base.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wider end to the point, tucking the end underneath.
- Arrange the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
