Ingredients

Scale
  • Croissant Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Sliced Ham
  • Sliced Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into triangles, about 5 inches at the base.
  4. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wider end to the point, tucking the end underneath.
  6. Arrange the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Allow dough to come to room temperature for best results. Customize fillings with mustard, veggies, or different cheeses.
