Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the marinade by combining honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisking until smooth.
- Coat the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring even coverage.
- Drizzle olive oil over the marinated cod.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
