Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the marinade by combining honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisking until smooth.
  3. Coat the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the marinated cod.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.

Notes
