Instructions
- Mix the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the shredded BBQ chicken to the coleslaw mixture and gently stir until combined.
- Lay a soft tortilla on a flat surface and place a generous amount of the mixture in the center.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wraps in half for serving, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
