Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 soft tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the shredded BBQ chicken to the coleslaw mixture and gently stir until combined.
  3. Lay a soft tortilla on a flat surface and place a generous amount of the mixture in the center.
  4. Roll the tortilla up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
