Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
