Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sugar using an electric mixer until fluffy and smooth.
- Add the Flavor: Stir in the vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
- Fold in Chopped Strawberries: Gently fold in diced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare the Crunch Topping: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until evenly coated. Spread the mixture across a lined baking sheet and toast in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
