Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup blackberry puree
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  5. Stir in the blackberry puree and sour cream, folding gently to combine.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
