- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup blackberry puree
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the blackberry puree and sour cream, folding gently to combine.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
