- 1/2 cup broth, wine, or water
Instructions
- Prepare the turkey breast by patting it dry with paper towels.
- Season generously with a mix of olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Set up your slow cooker by placing the turkey skin-side up and pouring liquid around it.
- Cook on LOW for approximately 4 hours, checking halfway through.
- Rest and serve the turkey after letting it sit for 15 minutes.
