Instructions

  1. Prepare the turkey breast by patting it dry with paper towels.
  2. Season generously with a mix of olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Set up your slow cooker by placing the turkey skin-side up and pouring liquid around it.
  4. Cook on LOW for approximately 4 hours, checking halfway through.
