Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken thighs or breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup Thai basil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Shallots, minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Green beans, chopped
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by slicing chicken into strips and chopping vegetables.
  2. Heat the wok or skillet on high heat until hot.
  3. Add the minced garlic and shallots, stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Introduce bell peppers and green beans, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and add crushed red pepper to taste.
  7. Toss in fresh Thai basil just before turning off the heat.
  8. Serve the dish alongside jasmine rice and a wedge of lime.
