A delicious sandwich with warm cheese, crispy bacon, and savory turkey on golden sourdough.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 ounces of sliced turkey
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat your skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
- Layer one slice of cheddar on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread, followed by turkey, bacon, and another slice of cheddar.
- Complete your sandwich with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip your sandwich using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in fresh vegetables or using different cheese varieties.
