Description

A delicious sandwich with warm cheese, crispy bacon, and savory turkey on golden sourdough.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 4 ounces of sliced turkey
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat until hot.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
  3. Layer one slice of cheddar on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread, followed by turkey, bacon, and another slice of cheddar.
  4. Complete your sandwich with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip your sandwich using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in fresh vegetables or using different cheese varieties.
