Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for deliciousness.

- Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer briefly, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface, separating it into individual triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle, topping with a sprinkle of cheese.
- Roll up each triangle tightly from the wide end to the tip.
- Arrange the pockets on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can customize the filling to include peppers or other cheeses. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
