Description

Indulgent cheeseburger flavors wrapped in soft, chewy pretzel dough, perfect for gatherings or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Coarse sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 3-4 inch squares.
  4. Fill each square with a tablespoon of beef mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Seal the dough by pinching edges closed.
  6. Prepare a baking sheet, brush pretzel bombs with egg wash, and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, add jalapeños. Can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken.
