- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup salsa
- Cooking spray
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped green onions, sliced jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmering for a few minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, cutting it into rectangles about 3×4 inches.
- Place a spoonful of the seasoned beef and some shredded cheese in the center of each rectangle.
- Fold and seal each rectangle closed, pinching the seams tightly.
- Arrange the filled sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spraying the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with salsa and optional toppings.
