Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and soy sauce, tossing everything together. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
