- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Submerge the chicken tenders in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Prepare the baking station: Preheat your oven to 400°F (or the air fryer to 375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.
- Bread the chicken: Remove tenders from the marinade, letting excess drip off, then dip each into breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere. Place on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake or air fry: Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven, or 10-12 minutes in the air fryer, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
