Instructions

- Shape the Koftas: Form the mixture into small, oval-shaped labels, about the size of a golf ball.

- Grill the Koftas: Cook the koftas on the grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Prepare the Garlic Yogurt Sauce: Blend the yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
