- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups mashed potatoes (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup corn kernels (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup prepared gravy (chicken or brown)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the bite-sized chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir until well-coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned, about 7-9 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Warm your gravy in a medium saucepan over low heat, following package instructions.
- Cook frozen corn according to package instructions, or drain and heat canned corn in a small saucepan.
- Prepare or reheat your mashed potatoes until smooth and hot.
- Assemble bowls by adding a scoop of mashed potatoes at the bottom, followed by corn, chicken, gravy, cheese, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Customize with jalapeños for heat or substitute chicken with turkey for a healthier option. Make ahead for convenience!
