Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken tenderloin in the flour, then in the egg wash, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the coated tenders on the wire rack, ensuring they do not touch.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
