Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tenderloin in the flour, then in the egg wash, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated tenders on the wire rack, ensuring they do not touch.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in Parmesan cheese or herbs to the breadcrumbs. Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper cooking.
