Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cube the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  4. Mix chicken, zucchini, garlic, and herbs in a bowl to coat evenly.
  5. Layer the mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish, topping with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it rest before serving.
