Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cube the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
- Mix chicken, zucchini, garlic, and herbs in a bowl to coat evenly.
- Layer the mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish, topping with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it rest before serving.
