Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet in a single layer, cooking for about 4–5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for an additional 4–5 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix together the cottage cheese and grated Parmesan in a bowl until creamy.
- Reduce the heat and gently stir in the cottage cheese mixture, warming it for about 2 minutes.
