Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into uniform chunks.
  2. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the potato chunks until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant for about 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked potatoes to the garlic sauce, gently tossing until well-coated.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
