Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Sauté the onion: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the onion.
  3. Add garlic and rice: Stir in the garlic powder, followed by the rinsed rice.
  4. Incorporate the liquids: Add the chicken stock and salt, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  5. Mix in milk and cheese: Stir in the milk and lemon juice after 15 minutes of simmering.
  6. Finish with cheese: Remove from heat and fold in the grated Parmesan and parsley.

Notes
