- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sour cream mixture over them.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Optional: Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
