Description

Delicious and crispy salmon bites coated in panko breadcrumbs, served with a creamy and spicy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
  2. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each salmon piece in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the salmon bites in heated oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. Drain the bites on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve with the bang bang sauce drizzled over the bites and garnish with green onions.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level of the bang bang sauce or substitute salmon with other fish like cod.
