Delicious crispy crab rangoon bombs with a creamy filling, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Imitation Crab Meat
- 3 tbsp Green Onions
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tbsp Cooking Spray or Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the imitation crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and use a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit into a small circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a generous spoonful of the crab mixture in the middle of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with oil or melted butter.
- Arrange the bombs on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Prepare the filling ahead of time and refrigerate. Air fryers also work well for this recipe.
