Description

Delicious crispy crab rangoon bombs with a creamy filling, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Imitation Crab Meat
  • 3 tbsp Green Onions
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Spray or Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the imitation crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
  4. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and use a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit into a small circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a generous spoonful of the crab mixture in the middle of each dough circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
  7. Brush the tops of each bomb with oil or melted butter.
  8. Arrange the bombs on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the filling ahead of time and refrigerate. Air fryers also work well for this recipe.
