- 4 slices of cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Whisk together the buttermilk, dill pickle juice, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a medium bowl. Submerge chicken and cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Combine flour, cornstarch, dill weed, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in a large shallow dish; whisk to mix.
- Remove one chicken breast from the marinade, letting excess liquid drip off. Press both sides into the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Double dredge if desired.
- Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C).
- Transfer fried chicken to a wire rack to drain excess oil.
- Mix mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Season to taste and chill for 30 minutes.
- Brush brioche buns with melted butter and toast on a skillet until golden.
- Assemble by spreading dill aioli on both buns. Layer shredded lettuce, crispy chicken, a slice of cheese, and dill pickle chips before closing.
