Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Nonstick spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped pickles, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs (if using). Mix well.
  4. Form small balls or bite-sized portions of the mixture, about one inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
