- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup melted chocolate (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1 tablespoon espresso or strong coffee
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until resembling wet sand.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and Bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add sugar and mix until combined.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing on low.
- Fold in melted chocolate and espresso until combined.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and Smooth the top.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 55-60 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for one hour to cool gradually.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
