Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Cube the cold butter and cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Beat the eggs and milk in a separate bowl and combine with the dry ingredients.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ½-inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into desired shapes.
- Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar before transferring to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
