Description
A delicious and easy chicken recipe featuring tender, marinated chicken thighs that promise a flavorful and satisfying meal for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and vegetable oil. Add your chicken thighs and ensure every piece is coated. Let it soak in the flavors for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the Pan: Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat until it’s hot.
- Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken into the hot skillet, sear without moving them for about 5-7 minutes until caramelized and golden brown.
- Flip and Finish: Turn the chicken over and lower the heat to medium. Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, slice, plate, and drizzle with any remaining pan sauce.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Do not overcrowd the pan for optimal searing.
