Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Mix the filling by combining goat cheese, heavy cream, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.

- Pour the cheese mixture over the vegetables, spreading it evenly.
- Bake the pie for 40-45 minutes until the filling is set and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
