Delicious and guilt-free flourless pumpkin spice brownies that are perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree and almond butter until smooth.
- Add in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- These brownies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture.
