- 1 pound deli roast beef
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup au jus (beef dip sauce)

Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange on a platter and serve with au jus for dipping.
Notes
