- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Mix ingredients: In the greased baking dish, combine the rice, French onion soup mix, beef broth, and water. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
- Add butter: Slice the butter into thin pats and arrange them over the top of the rice mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve warm.
