Description

Ingredients

  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix ingredients: In the greased baking dish, combine the rice, French onion soup mix, beef broth, and water. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  3. Add butter: Slice the butter into thin pats and arrange them over the top of the rice mixture.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
  6. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve warm.

Notes
