Description

Ingredients

  • 14.5 oz can of Beef Broth
  • 10.5 oz can of French Onion Soup
  • 1 stick of Butter, cold
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Spread the uncooked rice evenly across your baking dish.
  3. Pour the Beef Broth over the rice.
  4. Next, pour in the French Onion Soup.
  5. Slice the butter into pats and layer them evenly over the rice and soup mixture.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. After 25 minutes, uncover and return to the oven, baking an additional 25 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
