- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, blend softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
- Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Lay two slices of bread butter-side down in a non-stick skillet. Sprinkle half the cheese onto each slice.
- Top with another slice of bread, butter-side up, creating a sandwich.
- Heat the skillet over low heat and cook sandwiches for about 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese fully melts.
- Remove from pan, slice in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
Add any favorite toppings like tomato or bacon for extra flavor. Prepare garlic butter in advance and store it in the fridge for quick meal prep.
