Instructions
- Wash and slice the zucchinis under cold water, aiming for 1-inch thick rounds or half-moons.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, adding minced garlic until fragrant.
- Coat the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and warm garlic butter mixture.
- Skewer the zucchini onto soaked skewers, packing them close together.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high (around 400°F).
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.
- Finish with lemon juice just before serving.
