- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, and drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit to create space for the filling.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Arrange on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
