  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, and drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit to create space for the filling.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  8. Arrange on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
