Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, roasted and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic, parsley, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with your favorite sides.
