- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, roasted and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic, parsley, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
