Description

Savory and easy-to-make Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops with a crispy crust and tender meat, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pork: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the coating: In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic; mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Coat the chops: Dip each pork chop into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. Heat the skillet: Pour olive oil into a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and let it shimmer.
  5. Cook the pork: Place the coated pork chops in the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Rest and serve: Remove the chops from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, use an air fryer or oven to cook the chops. Don’t skip the resting period to ensure juiciness.
