Instructions

- Assemble the Bowls: Start by layering the base of your choice—rice or quinoa—and then arrange the sliced chicken on top. Add a generous scoop of diced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, and crumbled feta. Drizzle with the tzatziki sauce and finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
