- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently using a spatula.
- Combine the drained pineapple, sliced strawberries, kiwi, and raspberries in a large bowl.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the fruit and gently fold until coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
