Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients on the countertop. Rinse and drain quinoa (if using) and chop your herbs.
- Cook the Base: In a pot, combine quinoa and double the water or broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Cover and cook for approximately 15 minutes.
