Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley or chives)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
  4. Place a tablespoon of filling at the center of each square, folding corners up to form triangles.
  5. Seal edges with a fork and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
