Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley or chives)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a tablespoon of filling at the center of each square, folding corners up to form triangles.
- Seal edges with a fork and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Prepare the filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator for convenience.
