Description

Ingredients

  • 12 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning.
  3. Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in the egg wash, and roll it in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring space between each.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown; broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crunch.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
