- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the salmon fillets for at least 15 minutes.
- Transfer the salmon to a baking dish and drizzle with remaining marinade.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
- Broil for the last couple of minutes for caramelization.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate up to an hour. Adjust cooking times for frozen salmon and use alternative sweeteners if needed.
