Instructions

- Gradually introduce the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the diced peaches carefully.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
