Description

Deliciously crispy taquitos filled with tender chicken, smoky bacon, and ranch dressing, perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 6 low-carb tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Take a low-carb tortilla and place a generous amount of the mixture onto it. Roll tightly to form your taquito.
  3. If frying, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  4. For baking, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the taquitos on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden.
  5. Serve hot, alongside extra ranch dressing for dipping.
