- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 6 low-carb tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Take a low-carb tortilla and place a generous amount of the mixture onto it. Roll tightly to form your taquito.
- If frying, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- For baking, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the taquitos on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Serve hot, alongside extra ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the skillet when frying for even cooking. Customize fillings as desired.
